At Groot Solutions, we strive to ensure client satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you might need to cancel a service or request a refund. Below are the terms that apply:

  1. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation of services must be requested in writing via email to info@grootsolutions.com.
    • Requests must be made at least 7 days before the start of the service or project.
    • Cancellations after the commencement of a project may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Refund Policy
    • Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been initiated or where deliverables have not been provided.
    • Partial refunds may be issued if the project is in progress and based on the work completed.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.
    • All refunds are subject to deductions for any applicable processing fees.
